Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk into an Force Soccer Studios, you’ll feel at ease. Each training session at Force Soccer Studios will incorporate High Reps and High Pace, in an age and ability appropriate environment. This means that we ‘don't stand in lines’ waiting for the next athlete to finish.

WHY TRAIN AT FORCE SOCCER STUDIOS?

Each training session at Force Soccer Studios will incorporate High Reps and High Pace, in an age and ability appropriate environment. This means that we ‘don't stand in lines’ waiting for the next athlete to finish. Soccer (and sports in general) are built on proper training methods and the number of ‘touches’ or ‘repetitions’ that each athlete performs.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST FORCE SOCCER SESSION?

BRING: Flat or Turf Shoes (no Cleats), Water

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time. A team member will ask you about your soccer/fitness goals as well as any physical issues we should know about.  After explaining how the class works, a trainer will lead you onto the field. Depending on your fitness and ability level, your trainer will give you guidelines for what to aim for during your initial training session.

DURING THE TRAINING SESSION

Speed, Agility, Shooting, Trapping, Dribbling & Foot Skills with an emphasis on First Touch will be incorporated into each and every training session. Our trainers will lead the athlete through a series of dynamic components of training that are high repetition - fun, sweaty and in a positive encouraging environment. Our training is NOT STANDING IN A LINE. The Trainer will explain how to do each exercise as well as age and skill appropriate interval length and speed during the session. Be sure to listen closely and don’t be afraid to ask questions! The trainers are here to help and will correct your form when needed.

AFTER YOUR INITIAL EVALUATION AND TRIAL TRAINING SESSION

Our Training Staff will help you decide on the next steps. Options Include:

  • Private Sessions or finding three other friends to schedule your own private group at a time and date that works for your schedule.

  • Buying a package of training sessions and joining other small groups of your age and ability level.

  • Viewing our clinic's schedule with no more than 16 athletes per session at age and ability levels.
